eMAG Hungary and Extreme Digital, the two leaders in online commerce in Hungary, are joining forces, giving birth to one of the largest e-commerce companies in Central and Eastern Europe. In this context, the Baupartner Group of Companies started the construction of the new eMAG logistics center, this time located abroad, in Hungary. The master plan of the new logistics development provides in the first stage the construction of an intelligent storage center of approximately 110,000 sqm with the possibility of doubling this area. The construction process starts long before the first earthworks, it starts with the requirements of our partner, with his needs and with our engineers who find the best solutions to be able to start the project. Our team of architects designs the project in such a way that it fits perfectly with our technology for the production of precast concrete elements, with our construction method and taking care to fit into the agreed budget. The experience of over 20 years in the elaboration of prefabricated concrete elements offers us the advantage of optimizing each construction element according to the construction method and the logistics on site. After the organization of the site, our teams of execution of the works of embankments and foundations begin to build the foundation of the construction and to prepare the place for the installation of the precast concrete elements.
